Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Please note: Returns are not accepted for customized, made-to-order items, artwork, or bespoke furniture and décor pieces.

These are one-of-a-kind creations made specifically to your preferences and are non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Genuine product defects
  • Damage during transit

Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Steps to follow:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos or videos of the damage/defect
  3. Email us at: Contact@arambhkala.com (Include your order ID)

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund (if replacement is not possible)

Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the return is received and inspected.
 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay).

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with original packaging

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variations (due to screen differences)
  • Natural wood grains or handmade pattern variations
