1. 🛍️ Orders & Payments

• All prices are in INR (₹). GST will be included where applicable.
  
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment via our secure Indian payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, UPI).
  
• Customized and made-to-order items may take additional production time.
  

2. 📦 Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India through trusted courier services.
  
• Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days. Delays may occur due to remote locations or external factors (like weather or strikes).
  
• Tracking details will be provided via WhatsApp/email.
  

3. 🔄 Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  
• Custom-designed items or workshop bookings are non-refundable.
  
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
  

4. 🎨 Workshop Bookings

• Seats are limited. Workshop fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Arambhkala.
  
• You may transfer your seat to a friend or family member (with prior notice).
  
• Participants must follow the studio’s safety and behavior guidelines.
  

5. 🖼️ Graphics & Design References

• Some reference visuals used on the site are taken from third-party platforms (e.g., Pinterest, Unsplash) for idea and inspiration purposes only.
  
• We do not resell or commercially exploit copyrighted designs unless we have ownership or proper licensing.
  

6. 📜 Copyright & Usage

• All original designs, logos, product names, and workshop content are property of Arambhkala.
  
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under Indian copyright law.
  

7. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

• Arambhkala shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, delivery delays, or website errors.
  
• We aim to serve with transparency and fairness and will try to resolve any dispute amicably.
